The entire experience was a pleasure and a relief, as I made a last-minute order for Mother's Day. I made a call, after seeing on the website that only pick-up orders would be available for Mother's Day. The customer service was great and they allowed me the delivery option, anyway. They reached out to me, by phone, before they arrived at the delivery location to ensure the order was completed properly. The recipient was not available at the time of delivery and they even called her to coordinate, in accordance with her preferences. When she arrived home, she LOVED the flowers, and commented on how abundant and non-generic the arrangement was. She loved it and I loved the customer service. It was an all around great experience. I recommend this business to all.
